1Will pricing increase every year?

Field Service CRM pricing will not increase for the term of your contract, but may be modified at the time of renewal.
2Do you offer money back guarantee?
We have set up our service as a month-to-month system which means no long term contracts, however we do offer 90 days refund or a money-back guarantee. So if after 90 days you already feel this system is not for you… then simply contact our customer support team and cancel your subscription.
3Do you offer bulk discounts for your service? Am I able to pay for multiple months or a whole year at a time?
As of right now, we are not offering bulk discounts. As was stated earlier, our services are set up on a month to month and full 90 days guarantee basis to provide the ultimate in flexibility for our clients.
4Is there a contract?
No, it is a month to month agreement which you can cancel at any time. We believe in earning your business each month.
5When does the billing cycle start?
Your billing cycle will start on the day you subscribe.
6Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Although we’d be sad to see you go, you can cancel your account from your Settings Billing section.
7What if I want to change my billing information or subscription?
It’s easy to manage your billing and subscription settings. You can edit your billing info by clicking ‘change billing info’ in the billing section of your account settings.
8Is my account secure?

10What software does Field Service CRM integrate with?
Field Service CRM directly integrates with Google Maps, Twillio and Stripe.
11Which merchant processors are supported?
Stripe is the only merchant processor supported at this time.
The reason we chose Stripe: it enables you to save 1 customer credit card on file. You can charge this card at any time since it’s linked to the customer’s account in Field Service CRM.
Stripe only charges a fee when you process a payment at 2.9% +30 cents. There are no other fees.
12What is Considered a User?
Users are defined as field technicians or administrative staff with their own login to the Field Service CRM system.
13Can I upgrade or downgrade my account during the month?
If you change account during the month you will not be billed until the following month with the new changes and there are no pro-rated credits.
14Do I need to subscribe for trial of Field Service CRM?
No, when you start a 14 day trial you’ll have full access to all features and add-ons. At the end of your trial you’ll need to subscribe to continue.
